Before setting off to Wine Country, we will begin our weekend in San Francisco.

Please note: For those arriving today, ground transportation will be provided to Sonoma on Thursday morning, with a return trip to SFO on Sunday.

Officially, our full-service, 5-star hotel extends a warm welcome to guests with check-in available from 4:00 PM. However, for those arriving early, the -g Spot Lounge will graciously open its doors at noon, providing a cozy retreat to kick off your wine country escapades.

With ample time to settle into your luxurious accommodations, unwind, and recharge, we’ll reconvene later in the evening for a spectacular dining experience at a nearby Michelin-starred restaurant.

But before we embark on this culinary journey, join us at the G Spot Lounge for a celebratory toast to commence our adventures and the evening’s festivities.

Anticipation builds as we prepare to indulge in a culinary masterpiece at one of the Bay Area’s most renowned Michelin-starred establishments. Prepare to tantalize your taste buds with exquisite flavors and impeccable platings that promise to leave an indelible impression.

Thursday morning, we will be enjoy breakfast in the Bay Area, before our transportation arrives to take us to Wine Country.

Getting Here: For those joining us today, you will be responsible for getting yourself to Sonoma. (We have faith.) Although San Francisco [SFO] is the largest airport in the region, it is upwards of two hours away, possibly more with traffic. Santa Rosa [STS] is much closer, but service is limited to American and Alaskan airlines or private aircraft. Officially, at our next full-service, 5-star hotel, they are prepared to welcome our guests with check-in available from 4:00 PM.

The -g Spot lounge will open late morning, and is the ideal spot to coordinate your personal plans with some of your new friends.

Perhaps today is the day you relax by the adults-only pool, set-off on your own to visit a favorite vineyard for some quality couples time, or meet old friends on the terrace for a leisurely lunch. What ever you decide, make sure its relaxing. We want you to fully embrace the ambiance and pace of wine country.

As evening approaches, we’ll start with a toast at the -g Spot lounge before we venture out together to our first vineyard for an evening of entertainment, delectable bites, and, of course, exquisite wines. This stop will serve as a prelude to our evening dinner plans.

As night falls, expect to unwind after dinner with your newfound friends on the hotel’s terrace, soaking in the cool evening air and the mesmerizing dance of flickering flames.

Our day kicks off with a thrilling adventure as we gently ascend over the verdant valley below in a hot air balloon.

Following our airborne escapade, breakfast awaits as a serene reprieve, allowing the rush of adrenaline to subside amidst the comforting aroma of morning coffee.

Yesterday set the perfect tone for slipping into your first full day in wine country.

Today, embrace the leisurely pace and indulge in a delightful breakfast on your own schedule.

Feeling adventurous? Consider meandering through the charming nearby village, exploring the famed “martini trail,” or venturing out to discover a selection of nearby vineyards, including some hidden gems a bit farther afield.

Need a place to meet-up before heading out? The -g Spot lounge will be open after breakfast and the perfect base of operation.

In the afternoon, Liz invites the ladies to a blissful spa experience, complete with indulgent treatments and bubbly champagne for all the women.

Friday night promises to be an unforgettable affair. Picture it: an evening filled with wine flowing freely, a sumptuous dinner, dancing under the stars, delectable desserts, and, of course, more wine.

We’re keeping the band as another surprise for now, but rest assured, this seven-time nominated Grammy winner is certain to stage an experience that will leave you utterly captivated!

Rise and shine on Saturday morning, throw wide the balcony doors, and breathe in the crisp, rejuvenating air drifting from the nearby vineyards.

Join us at the -g Spot lounge as it opens its doors in the morning, where you’re warmly welcomed to sip on a special Bloody Mary before embarking on the day’s adventures.

As the day unfolds, prepare for two more spectacular events!

Later in the day, we’ll be hosting our very own Wine Bazaar, offering you the chance to sample a variety of exquisite local wines straight from the vineyard. Not to worry, should you encounter any vintage you can’t live without, each winery will be prepared with pen and pad to ship as many cases as needed to your home.

In keeping with tradition, we’re leaving dinner plans in your capable hands. It’s the perfect opportunity to gather some of your newfound friends and dine al fresco, whether in town or on the hotel’s terrace, surrounded by rows of lush grapevines, ripe for the picking. Consider making reservations at the elegant Cyrus, Single Thread, or the more relaxed Matheson restaurant. As always, the hotel restaurant or room service, are both good options too.

And as night falls, anticipate an evening of excitement with one of our exclusive, special parties. The exact location remains a tantalizing secret for now, but rest assured, it’s destined to be a night to remember!

Ground Transportation: For those who joined us on Wednesday shuttle service will be provided directly back to SFO, departing the hotel at 11 AM, and expected to arrive at SFO by 1:30 PM.
