Some parties are talked about long after the music fades. The Black Tie & Lingerie Ball is one of them, and this New Year’s Eve, it comes to The Resort for an intimate, unforgettable celebration with members of The Group and their guests.
Why The Name Is A Misnomer
Despite the title, the Ball is not a costume party, and it is certainly not a uniform. As the guests arrive for an elaborate chef’s dinner under the stars, think couture with a knowing wink. Tuxedos, velvet dinner jackets, silk gowns, and tailored jumpsuits share the room with lingerie accents, sheer layers, and the occasional corset beneath an elegant blazer. Guests interpret the theme as an invitation to play with texture and silhouette while keeping things refined. It is sophisticated first, daring second, and always chic.
A Very Special Musical Guest
Before midnight, the night lifts even higher with a performance by a very special guest, a three-time Grammy nominee whose voice has filled arenas around the world. Here, the stage is intimate, the cliffs amplify every note, and the performance is just for us.
After Midnight
As has become tradition, not obligation, the more brazen women in attendance have been known to slip away just after the stroke of midnight and return to the party in their finest lingerie. Think La Perla and Agent Provocateur paired with Jimmy Choo and Christian Louboutin. From there, the party has been known to continue until sunrise, as sexy DJs and sexier guests mix, mingle, and manifest an evening that will live in everyone’s mind for years to come.
