Once their stay is confirmed, members book their flights at their convenience and return to the app to enter their flight details.
For those flying commercial, input your flight number, and our Concierge Arrival Service will handle the rest, ensuring a seamless transition from plane to paradise. Through our exclusive Concierge Arrival Service, guests are met the moment they step off the plane at Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport and are whisked through the arrival process with ease.
Our service offers a VIP fast-track through immigration and customs. Instead of navigating the usual airport queues, a dedicated concierge will greet you at the gate, escort you through expedited immigration, assist with baggage claims, and provide seamless customs clearance. From there, you’ll be guided to a private lounge, where you can enjoy a refreshing cocktail or cool towel while your chauffeur is notified of your arrival.

If your time on the island is limited, we will expedite your arrival with a brief charter flight between Montego Bay and the Negril Aerodrome.
For those flying private, members can enter their anticipated landing time at Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport (MBJ). Depending on their aircraft’s runway requirements, they may opt for premier ground transportation to The Resort or continue their journey with a direct flight to the Negril Aerodrome. This short hop brings them even closer to their destination.
