Welcome to the first Official Day of the American Ski Weekend.

Getting Here: For those joining us today, you will be responsible for getting yourself to Deer Valley. (We have faith.) Salt Lake City International [SLC] is the closest commercial airport and Herber Valley Airport [KHCR] is the nearest FBO for those flying private.

Officially, our full-service, 5-star hotel extends a warm welcome to guests, with check-in available from 4:00 PM. However, for those arriving early, the -g Spot Lounge will graciously open its doors at noon, providing a cozy retreat to kick off your mountain escapades.

With ample time to settle into your luxurious accommodations, unwind, and recharge, we’ll reconvene later in the evening for a spectacular dining experience at a nearby restaurant selected for its unique menu.

But before we embark on this culinary journey, join us at the G Spot Lounge for a celebratory toast to commence our adventures and the evening’s festivities.

Begin your day with a leisurely breakfast, and a chance to say a few more hellos as your friends arrive.

The -g Spot Lounge will open late morning, and is the ideal spot to coordinate your personal plans with some of your new friends. For those arriving today, the -g Spot Lounge also provides a place for you to hang out, mix and mingle while awaiting for your room.

Our reception today will include a complimentary boot fitting along with some adult beverages.

Then, as evening approaches, we’ll venture out together for an evening out and dinner on the town.

Today, embrace the relaxed pace and indulge in a delightful breakfast on your own schedule.

Now that we have your boots sorted out, make your way to the ski lift directly outside our hotel. If skiing is not your groove, don’t worry, we have something special in store for the wives.

In the afternoon, Liz invites the ladies to a blissful spa experience, complete with indulgent treatments and bubbly champagne for all the women.

Friday night promises to be an unforgettable affair. Picture it: an evening filled with wine flowing freely, a sumptuous dinner, and, of course, a little dancing.

We’re keeping the band as another surprise for now, but rest assured, this experience that will leave you utterly captivated!

Rise and shine on Saturday morning, throw wide the balcony doors, and breathe in the crisp, mountain air. Or better, yet linger in bed and enjoy your in-room fireplace.

Join us at the -g Spot Lounge as it opens its doors in the morning, where you’re warmly welcomed to sip on a special Bloody Mary before embarking on the day’s adventures.

As the day unfolds, prepare for two more spectacular events!

Later in the morning, we’ll be hosting our very own snowmobile rally. This will be a great time to dress warm and wrap your arms around your hunny as your explore the pristine winter landscape together.

We are leaving your afternoon open once again, so you can hit the slopes or “nap” in front of your hearth.

In keeping with tradition, we’re leaving dinner plans in your capable hands. It’s the perfect opportunity to gather some of your newfound friends and dine in town. As always, the hotel restaurant or room service, are both good options too.

As night descends, get ready for an evening of thrills at one of our exclusive, unforgettable after parties. While the exact location remains a tantalizing secret, rest assured it will be an experience you won’t forget!
