The road home unfolds in cane fields and sea views and bright bougainvillea, and we ask nothing of you but to notice it.
Settle in at your own pace
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., though we will not make you wait a minute longer than necessary if your suite stands ready. Until then, the grounds are yours to wander, a lounger by the pool is yours to claim, and for those who want it, the cliff ledge waits for a plunge into water so clear it seems to have no bottom at all.
First sunset, first toast
Genuine hospitality is not a transaction, it is a relationship, and every relationship needs a beginning. Ours starts on the western terrace as the light turns gold, with a cocktail in hand and fellow Members close enough to trade a first story before the sun finishes its work.

Morning, your way
A guest should never be told how to begin the day, only offered every good way to do it. Wake to the hush of the Caribbean and choose freely: Blue Mountain coffee and fruit brought to your suite, a lingering breakfast on the patio, a proper table in the restaurant, or a quick espresso before a workout. And if leisure wins the morning, as it often should, an open air massage by the surf awaits, or the therapist will come to you, in your own villa, on your own terms.
Midday, a shift in rhythm
By early afternoon, the property finds its pulse at the main lagoon pool, where a guest DJ, Rita, lays down easy grooves against the sound of the sea. Our attendants move through with the classics, mojitos, daiquiris, bright zero-proof coolers for those who prefer them, and conversation begins the way it always does among people who feel genuinely cared for. By dusk, every room and villa will be filled, and you will feel the whole property settle into its full celebration.
For those still arriving
If you are still en route, allow us to simplify the final leg. Member Services can arrange a quick flight from Montego Bay into Negril Aerodrome, trimming hours to minutes. Whether you come by road or by air, a chilled towel and a welcome cocktail will already be waiting, because a guest should never arrive to an empty greeting.

Morning, unhurried
There is wisdom in pacing a week well, and today calls for a light morning. Coffee on the terrace (becasue every room has one), a slow swim, perhaps nothing at all. We do not fill every hour, because the finest days leave room to breathe before the celebration begins.
Midday — The Jerk Cookout & Pool Party
By midday the toptional main lagoon pool becomes the center of the property, and today it comes fully alive. A guest DJ builds the afternoon in layers, easy grooves giving way to something with more heat as the sun climbs higher. Alongside the pool, our pit masters tend a proper Jamaican jerk cookout, allspice and scotch bonnet smoke drifting across the water, chicken and pork pulled straight from the fire and plated as you want it, mild or with real conviction. Rum punch, cold Red Stripe, and bright zero proof coolers circulate without a guest ever having to ask twice. This is more than a poolside snack. It is a proper feast, served where the party already is.
Afternoon, easing down
As the cookout winds toward late afternoon, the energy softens with it. Reclaim a lounger, order something cold, and let the last hour of sun do its work. A great host knows when to build excitement and when to let it settle, and this is the settling.

New Year’s Eve: The Black Tie & Lingerie Ball
Morning & Afternoon
The finest evenings are never rushed into. Ease through the day and conserve your energy, while our spa and salon stand ready for tux pressings, gown steaming, blowouts, and makeup, each guest attended to as though they were the only one being readied tonight. By mid afternoon the first sound checks drift across the terraces, a quiet signal that the evening is beginning to gather itself.
5:00 p.m. — Golden Hour Portraits
Join us on the western lawn as the light turns to gold. A jazz trio sets an elegant, unhurried pulse, champagne begins to pour, and couples pause for a portrait worth keeping.
6:30 p.m. — Reception
Black tie gathers on the cliff edge terrace. Canapés, martinis, and quiet conversation unfold beneath lantern light, gentlemen in tuxedos or dinner jackets, ladies in evening gowns or long dresses. True elegance is not loud. It simply arrives, and tonight it does.
7:30 p.m. — Gala Dinner “Beneath the Almond Tree”
A multi course menu honors island ingredients with the polish they deserve, wine pairings arriving at their own unhurried pace while the sea keeps time just beyond the rail. This is hospitality as it should be practiced, attentive without being intrusive, generous without excess.
9:30 p.m. — Opening Performance (Live)
The evening’s opening act takes the stage with an intimate, magnetic set, the kind built for a seaside stage rather than an arena, and perfectly suited to an audience this close.
10:45 p.m. — Headline Performance (Live)
Our headliner, an artist we are saving for a proper announcement, carries the night the rest of the way toward midnight. Some experiences are worth the wait, and this is one of them. [Just so you know wee have great taste – Last year’s special musical guest was the legendary, Maxi Priest. ]
11:59 p.m. — Countdown
Couples gather along the rail, flutes charged, the sky deepening toward its final moment of the year. Ten, nine, and the New Year arrives in a shimmer of corks and coastline.
12:15 a.m. — The After Party
The Black Tie & Lingerie Ball earns its name only after midnight, and even then, gently. The evening begins, and largely continues, in classic formalwear. But as tradition, never obligation, has evolved, some of the more daring women slip away and return in couture lingerie for the after party, La Perla and Agent Provocateur paired with Jimmy Choo or Christian Louboutin will fit right in. The mood remains refined and entirely consensual throughout, and a tuxedo never once falls out of fashion.

A corner of the lounge transforms, big screens, comfortable seating, and a casual menu of wings, sliders, and ice cold Red Stripe. Settle in among friends old and new for the game, and let the afternoon take care of itself. Programming remains subject to broadcast availability, though the hospitality does not.
1:00 to 4:30 p.m. — Pool Party with Guest DJ
The toptional main lagoon pool calls again as afternoon hits its stride, a guest DJ laying down an easy, feel good playlist while cocktails and zero proof coolers circulate freely. There is a particular glow to the first day of a new year, and we intend for you to feel every bit of it.
6:30 to 7:30 p.m. — Sunset Happy Hour: Island Live Music
As the light turns gold, a local trio takes the terrace for a rootsy, warm acoustic set, unmistakably Jamaican and exactly the right bridge from an afternoon by the water to an evening at the table.
From 7:30 p.m. — Dinner, À La Carte
Tonight carries no prix fixe, only a new menu offered freely: charcoal kissed seafood, bright garden sides, hand rolled pastas, and a few classics for those who want comfort over adventure. Your server will guide you toward the evening’s finest pairings, because true service anticipates what a guest does not yet know to ask for. Reservations are recommended.
After Dinner — Nightcaps & Sea Air
Linger at The Cliff Bar for one last pour, or take a quiet walk beneath the stars. Tomorrow the pace returns. Tonight, the only task is to be exactly where you are.

Equity Member Business Huddle (optional, mid morning)
Equity Members are invited to a concise briefing on current holdings and priorities for the quarter ahead. We keep it tight, useful, and accompanied by good coffee, good pastries, and a view worth the early hour.
Afternoon Aboard The Group’s Private Yacht
Weather permitting, the afternoon moves to the water. Our own 100-foot yacht will anchor just off Seven Mile Beach, and we will spend the hours there as a proper yacht guest should spend them, unhurried, well provisioned, and entirely at ease. Pack a bathing suit, a wide brimmed hat, and no less than a quart of sunscreen per person. The Jamaican sun does not negotiate on that last point, and neither do we.
Dinner Is Yours to Design
The evening is entirely your own to shape. Reserve a table beneath the almond tree on property, slip over to Ivan’s for a local favorite, visit Rockhouse for pepper pot soup and curried chicken, or have grilled lobster brought to your patio and dine beneath the stars. A guest should never be told where to eat well. We simply make certain every option is a good one.
One Last After Party
We close the week on home turf, a celebration in crisp white, linen, silk, and pearl tones marking the clean slate of 2027. Invitations read 9:00 p.m. until, because this evening was never about the clock. It is about momentum, and about ending a week well.

Breakfast goes wherever you are: trays in bed, a breezy patio table, or barefoot at the bar ordering “the usual.” By now, you know the rhythm—tell us what you’re craving and it appears.
Need a pretext for the bonus day? The concierge can line up a scuba refresher, a couples’ spa session, a coastal drive, or the finest plan of all: absolutely nothing. “Horizontal by the pool” qualifies as a scheduled activity in our book.

Pro tip — The Residence Program: Group and Equity Members can travel lighter next time. We’ll launder, press, and store your things in our climate-controlled facility, then place everything in your room, suite, or villa before you arrive.
