There are six levels of Membership in The Group. They are Prospective, Provisional, Full, Resort, Estate, and Charter Members.

A Prospective Member has been approved to attend a dinner event or other private one-night party and does not have access to The Group's App. A Provisional Member has attended their first dinner or one-night party and has been granted temporary membership in The Group. They now have access to domestic weekend events, and The Group App, with which they have the ability to connect digitally with the other members they met during their first dinner. Provisional Members may also visit The Estate or The Resort once, at non-member rates. Provisional Members are also subject to an annual minimum of $600 per year, effective January 1, 2023.

Once a Provisional Member attends a multi-day weekend or visits the Estate or Resort, the other Full Members of The Group are polled to confirm that membership their membership should be confirmed. Once granted, Full Members have access to a larger range of accommodations, perks, and parties. Both Provisional Members and Full Members must meet an annual minimum of $600 per year to maintain their status. This amount is typically met by attending at least one dinner per year or may be covered with a monthly, quarterly, or annual remittance.

Provisional and Full Members are welcome to visit and inspect either The Estate or The Resort once at non-Member rates. Membership in The Resort is $2,500 per year. Benefits of membership include a 6-month advanced booking window, substantially discounted rates on rooms and suites, and access to exclusive Resort events. Membership in The Estate is $3,500 per year. Benefits include access to both properties, an 8-month booking window, substantially discounted rates on both properties, and access to exclusive Resort events. Membership in both properties is limited by age, and those over 50 years of age are subject to the $3,500 rate.

Charter Members invest a minimum of $125,000 and own an equity interest in The Estate and The Resort. Benefits include a 12-month advanced booking window, substantially discounted rates, access to exclusive Resort events, complimentary membership in both The Estate and The Resort, an onsite owner's closet, equity in the holding company secured by the oceanfront Caribbean real estate, and projected annual cash distributions via a K-1. PLEASE NOTE that this is an introduction to the investment. Only accredited investors should consider this investment after reviewing the confidential Private Placement Memorandum and consulting with your legal and financial advisors.

The Estate is a 5-acre private retreat for those Group Members who prefer an escape with more personal service. The Estate’s dozen casitas allow its guests to enjoy a secluded experience, with the festivities of The Resort just minutes away.

The Estate has already been purchased and is currently undergoing renovations. Members may tour the property now while visiting The Resort. The Estate will be available for booking in Fall of 2023.

The Estate takes service to another level. Dedicated chefs, personal staff, meals, activities, and excursions are all tailored to meet your needs to create a tailored vacation experience like no other. Accommodations range from 800 sqft up to 2,600 sqft of secluded, indoor/outdoor space. Most units are oceanfront and many have private plunge pools.

The Resort is a private, lifestyle-friendly resort only available to members of the Group. Located on the West End of Jamaica, this 33-room 5-star resort will provide members with the finest service, dining, and excursions Jamaica has to offer with the discretion you’ve come to expect from The Group.

The Resort is currently under contract for purchase. We expect to begin bookings in January 2023 for stays beginning in Q1, 2023

Members will select their travel dates and room type through this App to book their accommodations at The Resort. Once completed, like with the dinners and events, members can see who else will be at the property during their travel dates whom they have met before. After entering their flight information Resort guests will have the option to provide their ground transportation or have the Resort staff expedite their arrival in Montego Bay and organize their arrival at the property via private car service or charter flight to Negril. As members of The Resort there is no need for an extended check-in process, so guests may be shown directly to their room or suite.

Yes! The Resort will offer Group members with both themed week-long and weekend events, as well as opportunities to schedule a stay that fits your schedule where you can rekindle old friendships and make new ones. Themes already under development include fine wine and food, Reggae and Cuban music, cycling, fetish, kiteboarding, and scuba diving.

Yes! Resort Members wishing to bring friends may do so by booking their guest's accommodations through the App. The three stipulations are that both the member and their guests must arrive and depart on the same days, all billing will be processed through the member's account and card on file, and those who have been declined membership in the past are not welcome.

Yes! The Group currently has members who are single, same-sex couples, and throuples. All are welcome at The Resort or The Estate as either members or as guests of members.
